		<description>I am inclined to agree with you that Gloria need not remind the Chinese nor crow at rooftops that relations are at 'all time high'. She is unwittingly shooting herself in the foot. The Chinese do not need any relations because pinoys are virtual vassals. Can you give a list of enterprises, business or otherwise, which are pinoy owned?  Even the bakya factories are chinese owned. The pinoy is a serf in his own country. What is there to be proud of in terms of chinese relations?</description>
