Your name came up when I went into the Philippine Collegian website. I missed my very interesting good experiences as a philosophy student and graduate and academic research assistant worker in the colleges of Education and formerly Arts and Sciences. I love the magnitude of your scope from local to international politicizing. I have been here in California USA for ten years already. Your tool in prose writng has been worth emulating and exemplary. What I have been afraid of about the american society nowadays is the fact that by personal observation consciousness on poverty and dissent in America has been so unsuccessfully less overwhelmingly. I believe that that a time will come then when this once a upon a time will have to be new again. But I really dont know. Hey, by the way, arent you the elder brother of Chito (Jesus) Teodoro? If so, regards to him ok? He was my classmate on my year stint as a student in University of Santo Tomas. Thanks then. And take care.

Philippine Society and Revolution was an assigned reading in my Pol. Sci 11 (Introduction to Philippine Politics) class three years ago. I got engrossed and was amazed at the clarity with which this Amado Guerrero laid down his facts.

It was only halfway through the piece when I was told that Amado Guerrero was Joma Sison. Now I just laugh remembering how scandalized I was when I learned about that. I was a fifteen year old kid reading the works of the Chair of the Communist Party!
